I suspect Trump's plan is to declare victory in Iran and say the boys are comin' home about 10 days before the election. The "victory" speech will soon be folllowed by Republicans who called for him to end the war saying they made it happen, so re-elect them. Now, if only Iran will play along . . . Mind you, the morning after the election, Trump will be free to say the deal's off and start bombing Iran again.
