@zzt@mas.to Actually though! Like, Natural numbers are the only ones that you can actually find and relate to something in the wild. Even 0 is debatable There is no "-1 chair". You can say that there used to be a chair here, but that isn't the same or like, half an apple. There is one partially eaten apple, and we can use rational numbers to show how much, but you're still just seeing one thing. complex/imaginary isn't any more weird than any other numbers, we just have fewer analogues for them at this point
