But yes, we're quite aware of the low number of non-men. Unfortunately, all our attempts so far at improving women's participation haven't had the desired results.
We welcome any suggestions and/or efforts in this regard.

@OSMIndia@en.osm.town I realize you cannot see edited history, right? The way I had written earlier was sounding very rude and somehow my usage of words was incoherent. Hence I rephrased it to be more polite and affirmative to what I wanted to request. Yeah, I am willing to speak to few female team members and localities, to see if anyone would be interested. Any suggestions on what pitch should I do to motivate? Also, I am from Pune.
