It’s a gorgeous dress and I love the concept. I only wish that the skin layer matched Miss Uganda’s skin colour, rather than being white. Maybe the white was needed for aesthetic purposes but it still somehow makes me sad.

I saw it more as the designer basing the colors around this particular illustration, but you have a good point.
