@lionelb@expressional.social This is heavy stuff for a Monday. All I know is we eternally look for order in chaos though admit i'm emotionally drawn to the notion of a distributed one.

@emsquared@social.coop Indeed! Human thinking has a strong focus on things, which are seen as real and concrete. The relations between things are seen as abstract and provisional. If we turn that on its head, the 'relations between' bit becomes the real substance of existence and things are then in the realm of inference and convenience. At the quantum level, the finding that an object is changed by the act of viewing stops being incomprehensible and is instead blindingly obvious.
