@homegrown@social.growyourown.services I have something even better than a list. It's Heimdall, where one makes buttons to each self-hosted web service one has set up. The buttons lead to functioning services. I use it myself, and I have buttons leading to about 14 such web services I set up myself.
I actually dislike lists as in the OP, because many immature, and unideal projects can get listed. The projects aren't vetted and time-tested - just sound nice by their own salesman-like pitches. Such lists as are in the OP can "muddy the waters". They say too much, offering a bewildering array of choices which can lead people astray. Many people might choose shiny things that are high maintenance and untenable over the longer term,
Each and every button I have set up in Heimdall is vetted, and time tested. It's low maintenance, efficient, and #OpenSource.
