Yes and but also some of these people have been with ICE for a long time. Jonathan Ross, who killed Renee Good, joined ICE in 2015. Alex Pretti's killers are also like a decade in.
We tried the whole "it's the training" thing before. We not doing that anymore. Nope. It's not the training. It's the whole thing.

@camille @LibertyOverGov when this guy talks about secretive orders that effectively means that the entire organisation is now operating under hidden agendas and a recalibration of acceptable behaviour, this is just a small part indicating a larger problem of an organisation that was already problematic, I wonder how many people in ice have been waiting for the green light to act like a fascist militarised kill squad?
