Mendan with mgr and buchou to gauge responses in the division to the back to work mandate. I was very honest, perhaps brutally so. Partly because I lack the vocab to express on topics like that, but also because it needed to be said and nobody else would say it but me.
The words "outright lies" came up more than once.

At one point I was asked, since I've been at the company so long, what's my motivation to stay? Was also brutally honest here and said "motivation" was the wrong word. I'm just used to it, and it's more hassle to leave. But if it keeps getting more hassle to stay than to leave, I may re-think. Not sure how that went over.
