Is this anything a VLAN and Pihole can’t fix?
Edit: looks kind of impossible to prevent, if it can access an open Wi-Fi nearby.

For now the only known thing to do that works is for it to never to be connected to any network. Also if a smart tv was connected to the WiFi there is a possibility it won’t forget that until factory reset.
