@FluentInFinance@mastodon.social I've been wondering same thing. I will bet that the cheapest access is to the clean water, the same water we need, the infrastructure is already there. Its the product of a functioning democratic system. If they have to plumb from the sewer treatment plant then it would lower this quarter's profit margin.
