Sure but there are lots of companies that don’t provide source code for their GPL software. And nothing happens.

There’s an ongoing lawsuit: sfconservancy.org/copyleft-compliance/vizio.html It just takes forever and lots of money. That’s not a software license problem though, that’s more of an “American Legal System” problem. And I say that not to imply that it’s worse than other legal systems, just that I know it’s one with these problems and I don’t know about others.
