We're back from a visit to see our daughter.
It's her birthday tomorrow but September is always difficult for her because she has flashbacks of her suicide attempt and that triggers memories of her abusive marriage.
She's doing a lot better this year, partly because shes got the support of her girlfriend.
We had a decent pub meal and a bit of a walk.
She's going to be fine, she's stronger than ten of me.
