Adding push to the @mimestream iOS beta wasn't easy. Most apps use servers with access to your account – but not Mimestream! Privacy is a core value for us, so we built a unique "Private Push" infrastructure. It's lightning-fast, and has NO access to your account credentials or your email data 🙌 I'm so proud of the teamwork that's going into building it, and look forward to the team publishing a write-up on how it all works! It's an elegant solution to a surprisingly complex problem.

@neiljhaveri @mimestream im excited for ios version but i hope it won't be as much as the mac :( that's why i needed to stop paying Please don't take that negatively. I can't wait for the iOS version if you make a bundle, I will go back and use it if I need to right now I chose to use the new spark desktop with AI but I loved the macOS version. I just did not wanna pay $85 a year anymore but like I said, I can't wait. I wish Apple as well as you know I wish they would make Mail more modern.

@neiljhaveri@mastodon.social @mimestream@mastodon.social Any insight on when this will be more widely available, whether via TestFlight or the iOS launch? I, like many others, want this SOOOOO badly!
