@etchedpixels Knowing what I now know about new builds from the past 6 months of my new job, I would be super cautious about ever buying one. If I did, I would absolutely be paying a snagging firm to check it over with a fine tooth comb - including thermal imaging for cavity wall insulation and thermal bridging.
