@Tutanota@mastodon.social Is there a way to turn off the spam filters on my account? Seems like the number of legit emails that aren't making it to my inbox is growing, even if the addies are labeled "Not spam" under "Spam rules". Turning off the filters might help me figure out what the problem is.

@7sleepersmusic@mastodon.social Yes, you can do this with an asterix when setting up spam rules (explained in our FAQ). But dragging emails back to the inbox will train the learning filter so it will be fixed in two weeks. Give it a try!
