Apparently these are becoming popular again. Aside from the nano having a bad battery, these all work (and the nano only has a bad battery; it works fine cabled up) I have a special soft spot for the mini. That was my 2nd iPod after an older brick-sized touch wheel 1st-gen Really surprised the touch's battery still works... The mini and the video are on their 3rd battery. While they are bolted to Apple Inc., they still all play music without a subscription, through 3.5mm headphone jack.
