The winds of change are on our side in this one. It's becoming REALLY hard to keep a secret anymore without some camera / microphone / device / etc making a recording of it, and creating data that gets stored and copied and backed up and hacked and leaked and eventually becomes public knowledge. And that difficulty level is just growing exponentially. In another decade, it's probably going to be more or less literally impossible to get away with anything at any kind of scale. And I find this whole phenomenon to be a startlingly close approximation of what was described as The Judgement.
