@Sheril@mastodon.social > I just finished Pluribus and found it a very thoughtful exploration of humanity, loneliness, love, and individualism vs a collective hive mind That's a great description. I've been getting sick of the action adventure and superhero variants of scifi movies/ TV for a while now, and craving more thoughtful concept stuff like Arrival. Pluribus fits the bill perfectly. A simple premise that allows the writers to explore all the concepts you mention and many more.
