I’m not I just run 128 GB RAM in 4 dimms on Ryzen7000 which is tricky to get running at a reasonable speed and doesn’t always restart right so I’m reticent to restart

that sounds like a drag. have you tried a firmware update? those usually help with getting ram to play nice.
