So my laptop charger broke again... Guys I am starting to think this extra-thin barrel jack was maybe not a good idea after all~~~ Also probably the HDMI port has cracked solder joints: The image drops out when I lightly touch the cable. I wonder if this is specifically an old-laptop-problem. If I had one of those fancy new USB-C thinkpads and a USB-C dock at home and at the office, would the USB-C port eventually suffer the same fate? If yes, how long does it last?
