@SallyStrange@eldritch.cafe Rick and Morty follows a very familiar path - series 1 is great, then it rapidly drops off. Ren and Stimpy. Happy Tree Friends. The Simpsons is still living on past successes. South Park went completely to shit for ages before it became the occasionally super-astute political satire that it is today (amidst the make-weight episodes).
