oh wait, this might merely be a Me problem... oh i really do hope it's only my stuff-up... i just noticed on the d/l page it says the min RAM needed is 8GB. Wow. Clearly that's my fault for missing that before, but... could inadequate memory lead to a seg-fault? now to retry the uefi VM, with 8GB, & 🤞 🤞🤞

yeah, serves me right for daring to be slightly optimistic. still failed at the afaict same seg-fault error related again to xlibre. so, back to me being grumpy a/f 😞
