Many years ago, around this time of the year, I traveled through seasons. I left Austria in the last days of the winter in the northern hemisphere, I arrived in Bolivia in the last days of the summer in the southern hemisphere. One day later it was autumn and when I flew back, I arrived in the beginning of the spring in the northern hemisphere. “Four seasons in four days” is the title of a short story that I have since wanted to write.
