@katemorley Overheard in a small-town diner in the US. The local sheriff was being criticised in his absence for failing to implement some long-needed reforms. One patron said "Yeah, he's a notorious procrastinator". Another, who obviously didn't know the meaning of the word 'procrastinate' replied "Well, as long as he doesn't do it in public or when children are around...".
