There are two storeys between our loft bathroom and where our hot water is produced. It takes some time, a minute or two, depending on the time of day for the warm water to make it from the cellar to the tap in the loft. So I can brush your teeth, running the tap waiting for warm water for my shower to make it to the bathroom.
