@dxzdb@mastodon.social @ahimsa_pdx@disabled.social @Radgryd@mstdn.games this automatic „AI summary“ on top of all Word documents is driving me nuts as well… unfortunately even just „switching off Copilot“ is NOT POSSIBLE in Microsoft 365 - you can only disable all cloud-based functionality al at once. And this also would disable Sharepoint / OneCloud as well - which is simply not an option in a corporate context these days. So Microsoft is shoving any stupid Word doc of nearly all companies on this planet through its LLM - without even being asked! This feature is a complete waste of resources for 99.9999.. % of users!
