@dictatordave@poa.st they're doing away with jury trials in the uk, i don't really see why the united states would be immune to such a thing
inb4 "muh constitution", as if anybody in power cares about that dead letter beyond lip service

@multiversal_gangstalker@poa.st yea like i said i'm sure we'll see this become some special case, probably call it domestic terrorism, and they'll say well we can't give you a jury trial because its only our interests we're concerned about and the wider public isn't educated enough to give the proper answers in a trial and from there they'll say speech is also too dangerous
