There is a drinking chocolate powder in the UK called “Galaxy”. Which is intended to be dissolved in hot water instead of milk, therefore it contains milk powder. But if you mix it into hot milk, it is really amazing!

Isn’t that what they do? They skim all the milk and then put the fat in to various concentration?
