I don't understand the Age Verification issue. #BigTech knows sooooooo much about us. If they can tell my age well enough to send me ads for wrinkle creams and to suggest that I follow pelvic floor therapists on social media, surely they can tell who is under 13.
Why is an additional verification method needed?

@AnastasiaE@mstdn.ca When I was a man in my mid-twenties google kept thinking I was a woman in my late thirties... I'm probably an edge case due to rigorous ad blocking, but it was pretty annoying constantly getting ads checking if I was interest in starting a family before it was too late
