That’s why I love retro gaming. No saves, no elaborate narrative, just two buttons and a D pad. Easy in, easy out.

I think that such a limited control scheme FORCED devs to be creative. And thus we’re so many unique and beautiful experiences born. There’s something to be said for working around/with the limitations you’re dealt.
