@FluentInFinance@mastodon.social I'd expand on lack of opportunities, being side lined into work you can do but isn't what you signed up for, or if you get bored and just want to switch projects but there isn't anything else to switch to.

@FluentInFinance@mastodon.social Too many companies I've worked for have say, 5 products and cash cow, the cash cow slowly turns into *the* product and the other products slowly get defunded or completely abandoned. That might be efficient, but it isn't diverse, and might not be what the employees want to work on. Give people options. Even if it is only 2 or 3 options.
