Writing code that compiles and nominally functions at first glance is the very first hurdle, literally the easiest thing that exists in software development. And we're supposed to take all human intervention out of the equation based on that alone? Are you fucking mad?

Guys guys guys! You won't believe what happened! I saw a junior software engineer write code that not only compiles but mostly works! This is amazing, we don't need senior software engineers anymore, think of the savings! This is what you lot sound like
