Heading to Amsterdam today for a week around the Netherlands and then a week driving across England. I only took my Z5ii and a 70-120, I sort of feel like I’m cheating on film…but after packing an ortho boot (I’m recovering from an injury caused by my tragically flat feet) and some local goodies for my old man English stamp collecting friends that I will be meeting up with, something had to give. I thought about wearing the boot to save space, but then I would have to wear it every time we changed hotels, etc. which would be quite a drag. If my foot is still doing good halfway through the trip, this boot will live forever in the Netherlands. More room for bringing home Jenever and Dutch licorice.
