my moms pc is amazing I didn't do anything and the thing where gifs didn't work in browsers just fixed itself via some unattended-upgrade

>Filesystem created: Mon Oct 2 15:03:14 2023 few weeks short of 3 years of service, only real issue we've had is she accidentally discharged the battery once and the clock shat itself. she's still happily downloading and reading books from zlibrary over tor and they still get scanned with clamav like I first set it up, and the thing updates on its own. debian bookworm rocks. windoze 10 couldn't even keep it together for few months wish gnome didn't yeet pulse for pipewire though since audio got even jankier than it was (mute, unmute, connect and disconnect the jack like twice and maybe it starts working the way it should vs run one command on login and it works but is too quiet)
