@nantucketlit@mastodon.social Big fan of friction shifters! —especially mounted on the bar ends. Same thing, though: if that chain isn't moving, the shifter can't do its job. Flip ithe bike over, turn the pedals by hand, then stop turning and try to shift gears. No joy.
