I don’t think they can over ride the constitution on that. Jury and trail is the fabric of this country. Plus the leftist party rule the legal system.

@DMA@nicecrew.digital @multiversal_gangstalker@poa.st the legal system does whatever it wants regardless of what the constitution, federal or state, say mostly because no one will go kill a da or governor if they fuck us over, and i dont blame them for not wanting to end their lives, but still i dunno, give me 10k guys and i'll make it right for you with simultaneous sackings of every major us city and the summary executions of rogue governors and legislators
