So I look at cities like Toronto or NYC or whatever.
Apartments are incredibly expensive, and houses/condos even more so.
Yet millions of people live there, including people who likely don’t make huge salaries.
I know the answer is probably “roommates” and “live in the less safe part of town” but, still, I don’t get it. On the one hand, if you work in a city, you should be able to afford to live there and (b) I can’t imagine everyone has a roommate.
