Interesting development. Banking apps, to be allowed on Play Store, they must use Play Integrity. As the majority of Android phone users are Play Certified devices, even if old, this means that engineering of said banking apps are pushed to use Play Store and leave everyone else excluded. This is where we stand. EU regulatory bodies have to wake up to this. A duopoly is here. Soon, there is no other option.
