I should have titled my run “Raederle runs slowly” but I kept my heart rate down and moved. 🏅 Critter sighting: 1. Bruno was in his yard and quite displeased that his deep bark did not scare me. 2. I raced a white floof to see if I could pet but I was too slow. The floof was in the car & gone before I could say hi. 3. Bruno has an orange cat roommate, name currently unknown. Cat friend was in the window when I finished my run. #Running #RailsToTrails #Garmin #MichiganRunning #RaederleRuns
