Hello, #canning #foodpreservation #SelfSufficient people. I have a question.
When we got scared of inflation about two years ago I began to accumulate a very well stocked pantry considering the size of the house. I have:
A full size standing freezer
A half-size freezer
The pantry area is a line of cupboards about 1,5 metres high and 1 metre wide. Four doors worth.
The issue is: I need to eat it up. I have to save money AND I should run out of food by next summer because I'm renovating the kitchen.
My question is: is it worth to make an inventory with such a modest sized pantry, or just alternate pulses and frozen stuff as I go along?
