Nancy Mace Introduces Bill to Bar Trans People from Security Clearances, Federal Jobs Requiring Mental Health Screenings
A bill like this would normally get called a ban in all but name; but since it is literally called the “Gender Delusion Disqualification Act”, it is, in essence, a ban in name as well.

If the jobs require mental health screenings, and trans people are supposedly mentally ill… surely they’ll just fail, and there’s no need for an additional ban. Surely, right? Or are we about to hear that the radical left has somehow infiltrated all mental health screenings?
