@GroupNebula563@mastodon.social Somene with more time, hardware, and money than me should generate and maintain an entire Linux distro with AI, purely as a demonstration of why that's a terrible idea. Just do it, install it on a machine with internet access in an average home wifi set up, and let people see what happens to it.

@hellomiakoda@pdx.social @GroupNebula563@mastodon.social im pretty sure "responsible use of AI" at this point means "we don't care enough to audit everyone. if we said 'no ai' you would do it anyway and get caught and then our laziness would be on display. so we're going to make an official policy out of what we were already doing."
