woke up with tightness in my chest and body aches. the depression feels heavier today. still had to get out of bed and get an early start to dinner prep before forcing myself to workout then taking my kid to her swimming lessons. I had hoped that my recent exploration in art and creativity would help ease the weight of joblessness... but all I feel is apathy.
