@mystixa@ravenation.club Agree. The biggest issue with the local live feed is the huge amount of spam accounts.
But I still use it to discover new, interesting users occasionally.
To deal with spammers, maybe check new users before allowing them to post.
Also, I don't see how disabling the live feed would help anyone: If people don't find it useful, they simply won't use it.

I frequently found interesting things in the federated feed. I’ve been here nine years and it was always a useful place to see what people in countries beyond the ones I regularly communicated with were posting. I even made connections with those people (can think of one immediately).
