I think it should be mandatory for people who still have hall monitor mind in their teenage years and adult life to be pressed into the most grueling and soul crushing military service for no less than 2 years immediately after high school. I'm talking like a similar system to that old one where teachers would find the smart kid and contact their friend the college professor and get him a full ride to Yale, only they find the most annoying reddit moderator in the class and send him to the sandbox to sit in a watch tower or go on corpse retrieval missions, break their will, stop the scourge of RP Servers.
