Democrats i.e. centrists seem to be dead set on throwing gender issues such as trans rights under the bus right now. I’m not even sure what they stand for anymore.

Trans issues are cheap that’s why both corporate dems and GOP like to center on them . Most people want to solve real issues - healthcare, social net, housing costs etc all of those require touching oligarchs and ofc dangerous
