Few bugs are actually random—they just feel that way. One of the super fun things about becoming a software engineer, for me, was figuring out the pattern... and then fixing the bug. It's like solving a murder or determining cause of death, only with a chance to revive the victim. (Can you tell forensic science was the road not taken for me? :-)
