@joepie91@fedi.slightly.tech Every once in a while I'm browsing capacitors and I see a part with particularly aggressive specs, like very high capacitance for its size, that seems really interesting. Then I see the flag "for mobile electronics only" or something to that effect. Which is to say "this thing is meant for cheap, not-very-important stuff where a fairly high failure rate and short lifespan is tolerated". I usually end up picking an AEC-Q200 rated part instead.
