@tranquillity@mastodon.minionflo.net @nyx@fedi.wasp.best i concur, starting younger allows hrt to be more effective due to following less exposure to endogenous hormones (and a few other quirks like higher levels of growth factors like IGF-1), but the hrt itself has no reason to be different at all (i started at 16 lol)
