@benroyce@mastodon.social I'm old enough to remember the oil crisis in the US back in 1973 (and '79, the internet reminds me). If our gov't (and everyone else's) had gotten its act together and made the shift back then (because this will have to be a national project to actually work), or at least started to, how different the world would be now. *sigh*
